We're closing this forum as of today, you can follow our new product status page for new updates related to all our products and services.
The reason for doing this is to consolidate our support efforts and better serve our clients. Currently, we are unable to push notification based on your product portfolio causing a lot of noise as updates related to all products are pushed out via this channel. We'd like to decouple this and allow you as clients to choose which updates are relevant to you.
We are sure that new system will help us to target our clients better instead of mirroring and updating information across several different products.
We are facing intermittent issues with our SuperSite2 server, due to which you may encounter "Internal Server Error" while accessing your Supersites. The issue is already reported and we have our System Administrators working towards resolving the same.
We assure you that this is being handled on priority and should be fixed soon. We regret the inconvenience caused to you.
Please feel free to contact our Support Team in case of any further queries or concerns.

Incessant rains in Mumbai have resulted in flooding across the city. Many employees have not been able to make it to work as the city's public transport has been left crippled.
The civic administration has also announced a power cut in case the intensity of the rain does not reduce. The facility has adequate power backup, however in event of a continued power cut there could be issues.
Owing to these factors you could face issues in connecting to the Support Team. There could be a delay in response via calls and chats and so you can send in an email to the team and we will get back to you at the earliest.
It is our constant endeavour to provide the best support to all our clients and our team is available through this to assist you.
This situation is indeed unfortunate and we regret the inconvenience caused as a result.
